Higher Education - I Love This!
Working at a college institution has become a less good job over the course of the last 20, 30, 40 years. The erosion in this trust happens more and more as more black and brown people enter higher education. And so it's a worse job where expectations are still very large. At the same time, vocational awe is still very much attached to the profession.
