The Antithesis of Baby Shame

As soon as I made memories, I remember being ashamed from going in a big white shirt into the pool to saying the wrong thing in front of people to school dances. And even now though, like when I get criticized, it hits the shame button on my head and my back on my head. That's why criticism hurts me so bad. It's because I start to feel shame in the same types of things that some listeners talking about with imposter syndrome and stuff. We need to bring a brown to write a book on parenting, actually. Yeah. The antithesis of baby shame.
