How Intercom Disrupted the Pricing Model

There are two different use cases here. If the pricing is already simple and people are used to it, will you break it? The first is like how competitive the space is if the space is extremely competitive your default stance has to be to break the comparison. You have to change something fundamentally in the product to kind of like reflect that new pricing. People are what gear each side is actually true.
