I live in Taiwan where everyone has a steamer slash rice cooker to cook rice. I often bemoan the fact that even though I'd see myself as something as a talented chef, I cannot cook rice. We've gone from funerals to steamed eggs in one clunky link. And just to illustrate the spectrum of topics we discuss on this show, the next emails from Ollie are about steamed eggs.
