What Determines Which Governments Are Really Willing to Work With Us?

We looked at which countries have a big population and have somewhat of a good economy. That's how we ended up in countries like botswana that typically would not be first on the list, but have worked out great. And people have problems no matter where you are in the world. We're significantly more interested in how do we get some sort of central bank approval or something like that? There's two countries now that we're getting things set up in because the central bank is essentially told us etohe we have no objections to this yorow, you know, your an operate here. Those countries, which will be coming up soon, are certainly more difficult.
