The Hybrid Nature of Work

I think there's many positives in terms of flexibility and maybe not needing to just put in FaceTime just to be at the office. There have been some studies done that show that less visibility at work might lead to fewer promotions which means lower pay. So I do worry about that although I think maybe the pandemic has kind of changed that mindset. We still need to work on how is this new world of work going to work.
