Sally Kohn: I was in a bookstore in Singapore with my girlfriend. She saw your book there and she said, oh, this is a really interesting guy. So we picked up the book - to mind you, this is girlfriend, not married. And the very first page I open to is the Benjamin Franklin part talking about building a ledger. The problem that expected utility here maximization is proposed as the recipe for everything, for every decision. It's basically statistics as if statistics would be the answer to everything.
