The biggest thing I want you to focus on is to continue to grow your business towards your definition of an owner independent business. Remember that it's about working on our business, not in our business. If you haven't done any level of budgeting before, then this might be the year that it makes sense to implement somelevel of budgeting. You must have a financial system that’s accurate and that you can depend on and that you trust whether that's QuickBooks or whatever other tool you use.
