When a client doesn't show many cases, that's an opportunity for you to do more business with them. Don't take it personally and use the fact that they didn't o up as an opportunity to get the next appointment. I love the thank you card in the mail. Send it out after every order. If you if you want to stand out, be a thank you note in a pile of bills for a client.
