What's the Difference Between Finance and Industrial Capitalism?

The textbooks like to talk about industrial capitalism, especially the industrial capitalism. But what we've had instead is finance capitalism that's based on basically Rauntea income, land rent, monopoly rent, natural resource rent, and financial debt charges. And if you don't look at this rent overhead, then you're not going to understand why finance capitalism today doesn't produce the rosy results that advocates of industrial capitalism talked about.
