Collaborative Capacity Skills Are Fundamental and Absolutely Essential

The world is getting so complex that unless we have those skills, we're never going to be able to continue to be good in our role. We've been studying skill development and trying to figure out what the skills are since 1995. The way we break down skills is we start out with a big skill like collaborative capacity. And then we unpack each of those into what we call mini skills.
