DevOps Tooling - Stepping Back and Having Product Hat On

I think that's what makes like great DevOps developers and engineers and SREs and cloud engineers is like almost having that product. So if you have a customer, then you should be thinking about how do I enable them to do their job? Like that is your charter at the end of the day, right? And so really taking a step back and saying,How do I enable those teams to do their best? Is very interesting because that was one thing I had not really thought about.
