Edith Young's Contribution to the Club

Edith and harold mc cormick were devoted proselytizers of yung's technique and method. Their primary intention was to provide him with a forum for the research, tice and demomonstration of his ideas. The enforced conviviality that was written into the clubs statutes slowed the process of its becoming a platform for yung. But like a naval shakedown cruise, the eight years from the club's founding to yung's being in complete were probably necessary to bring it into the fighting trim in which it operated.
