The truth is that you were not born doubting yourself, but somebody in your life instilled this negativity in your head and you started believing it. Whether it's your parents, siblings, teachers, relatives or friends, you need to stop hearing their negativity as your own voice and replace it was positivity and optimism. You know you are capable of doing what you want to do, so why are you letting outside voices tell you that you can't?
