Student Loans

Since the 19 seventies, we have spent just a tremendous amount of money on public institutions. The fact that public schools are in this enviable position of a near monopoly for them has meant that there they don't have to be responsive to families. And so until we fix that misalignment of power and incentives, we're not going to see, no matter how small the district is, a those districts being adequatelyresponsive to families.
