What's a PRD?

A friend who I work with started writing in queries that are super domain specific to Cloudflare. And the responses that were coming back were akin to high quality written responses, 80% of the time. So someone technical would help a customer set up a POC or scope and scope out what a solution might look like. These answers were really good. Like they were answers that were of a quality that that you could share with a customer.
