Romanian President Antonescu, Is He Really a Nazi?

Despite being, again, on paper, Antonescu, he is not a guy that has a long history of like anti-Semitic agitation. He's not a guy who I think under his own devices would have cared much about kind of Nazi policies in that regard. His policies against Romania's Jewish population lead to an unprecedented level of mass death in Romania. More Jews are murdered by the Romanian government than any other Axis state besides Germany itself.
