As people with ight h d, we focus on what's right in front of us. We often try to create rapid change where rapid change is not possible. I tell my clients, it's like zooming out. So that if i'm cewing up another net flix episode at 11 30 at night, there's a real opportunity to make a different decision. And suddenly the voice that says, well, i deserve this metime doesn't seem so correct any more. There's another voice to listen to there exactly we didn't have before.
