How Many People Really Complain?
I'm curious about just how many people have to complain before complaints are taken with some degree of seriousness. It seems to me that complaints need to pass something approximating a reasonable threshold before they're dealt with, let's say seriously. And so, you know, it's striking when you're talking about this, that you don't know how many people actually came after you on social media. Is it 10? Is it 15? Were they students who were actually in your classes, or were they just people who read your blog? What did you say that was in principle, or do you even know what it is that they're upset about?
