What Are the Challenges of Network Meta-Analysis of P2Y12 Inhibitors?

This study was led by first author, Matieh Golly, and senior author Dominic Angelillo from the University of Florida. It included nearly 62,000 patients across these 15 trials, five of which tested a guided selection strategy. The authors focused on major adverse cardiovascular events, or MACE, and all bleeding as their primary efficacy and safety endpoints respectively. This really helps set the stage for the paper that we're discussing today.
