Has there been a rise, for example, in the number of independent directors or have the legal and fiduciary responsibilities around things like risk and compliance? Have those increased? Edith: We are seeing some change in the makeup of the board subcommittees, but not the kind of wave that the question implies. And I think that there are a lot of additional resilience affecting the structure of boards at all.
