How to Fake Irregularity in Your Conlang

We've talked about all of these ways to fake irregularity, or at least reduce the impression of regularity in a language. To get the real kinds of regularities that we get in natural languages, you really do have to go, I think, the historical route. A lot of people have suggested doing the historical route on an episode. We might break that into pieces and talk about it in the future.
