I don't think people of Caribbean descent are adequately platformed. Britain as a whole the whole language mindset around food isn't geared up for that at present because there is still this very Eurocentric idea of food and that French food reign supreme. I can see gentrification happening especially in areas where there's been kind of a history sort of a strong black British history peckham in Brixton being in southeast London they're the places that are closest to me, she says.
