The Diversification of Real Estate Assets

Real estate as a market certainly has its share of challenges, but it's also incredibly diverse. Infrastructure is going to require a massive amount of global investment over the next 10, 20, 30 years or more. And we're seeing really in the near term, two broad trends that could rewiring the energy system away from piped gasborne LNG and into offshore wind turbines. So I think real estate remains a very sweet spot for an investor right now.
