Manic Manic Disorder, Cyclothemia
Encyclothymia is sort of like a watered down by polar so you think about the extremes of by pola as being hypermania. It's manic, often risky, ar sort of slightly obsessed behaviour around doing things that feel fun. The other end f the scale is very deep depression, like i described that my dad had. So with cyclothemia, it's those same book ends, but the threshold has moved in. But if i can stop self from doing that, and i can kind of try and control that flow state a bit and not let it control me, brilliant.
