Sleep Is the Number One Thing to Longevity

Sleep is one of the key things to help minimize or increase our, what do you call it, longevity. We cycle through five stages during sleep and we're not getting into them all throughout the night. During deep sleep, we get the secretion of all of our hormones such as growth hormone in men,. All of their testosterone is released during deep sleep. And REM sleep is where we get all of our emotional first aid from. Most people are waking up feeling frustrated, they're angry, they've got a short fuse if they haven't had enough sleep.
