Modern wheat is challenging for this kind of like pasteurized milk in a way. Some people can get away with it some people don't realize it's a problem. I think it depends also on kind of how it's been grown because I know the use of sweet but her wheat is bio dynamic grown in the most beautiful farm that she's been to visited.
