Is Your Life Just Necessary Amusement?

When people talk about time anisation they're talking not just about work, but having the amusement necessary to go back to work and feel refreshed. Self care is not leisure. It's not aristotelian freedom. It's amusement. And it's interesting how that r work is now being sold to people as work life balance. Is your life just supposed to be amusement? Not for aristotle? Certainly not.
