How to Take Inventory of Your Uncontrolled Emotions
Healthy emotional expression involves finding some balance between overwhelming emotions and having no emotions at all. And that's from learning how to regulate what we're feeling, instead of trying to avoid or repress or suppress what we're Feeling. Repression is more of u subconscious. We're not aware that we're doing it. We're just trying to avoid itht somehow a either aspect of stuffing out these emotions through repression, or suppression can lead to a lot of things that aren't good for us,. Like anxiety, depression, sleep problems, a physical pain like muscular pain, joint pain, difficulty managing stress, and even substance misuse and abuse.
