The Inciting Incident in John Chapter 9

Christian: In this parable, Jesus is talking to the Pharisees. He's not sitting down with him in the temple for a scheduled meeting or standing up behind the pulpit in a formal setting. We've got to work our way back even further from here to grasp it because there's a phrase in verse 1 that we brushed past that unlocks the real purpose behind everything Jesus said.
