Is This Person Just Doing Things Differently Than You?

The first and most important thing when you are dealing with a situation like this is to sit down and really think about why this is bothering you. Sometimes we can see people who are doing things differently than us and we say, that's not the way I do it. And what you don't want to do is kind of derail them from that journey that they're having in terms of learning and upskilling in certain areas. A lot of times we can question others for the same reason that we question ourselves fear.
