Half Eaten Petza - The One Qualifier

Sometimes you can have a half eaten pea with magical management. And the management can go, you know what? I'm going to eat half the petza and enjoy assets half of the half. Those are the kind of businesses that i'm looking at investing in now. It's just a question of, is it in my circle of competence, and just how attractive is the situation?
