Is Making a Diagnosis the Hardest Part?

Making a diagnosis is probably one of the last things that we're going to you no hand over to the machines. You can ask for help, you can look thems up. But if you don't know what you're dealing with, and i mean, i was so surprised at how many patients come through the icu who never really knew what was wrong with them. Any machine can do that but it's just the synthesis of information to make a diagnosis. It requires a clinition at the bedside to acquire the clues. So another sort of thing that i harp on always is that listening to the heart and hearing the gallop are very important in this case.
