When you're interviewing to be in a self managing place, when you ask really with curiosity, that's great. It just highlights the importance of being able to basically make and receive requests. And notice when you're asking a question to learn how to ask it just like directly and not be defended about it. That is so true. Like one, that is something to learn and lean into and practice if you are opting into some form of self management. You can't make anyone feel psychologically safe, but you can give them reasons not to feel unsafe.
