The Future of AI Surfs

Bounty hunters are sent from a futuristic utopian library society where people are paid according to need and things are held in common on a grand scale. What they don't know is that across town a portal has deposited two travelers from another time from a future time. There's even some ai in the system but it's not doing anything that people would rather be doing and it's not controlling anyone right. i mean our only other option is to start an uprising of some kind or participate in one or but without even one cup of milk from robot mommy godhead could we even survive?
