Startup founders have limited amount of time and resources to train people. I would much rather hire somebody who is seven or eight on the skill capability, but like a ten out of ten on attitude teamwork. Another piece of conventional wisdom says higher attitude and trained for skill. So how do you juggle this current room between having the right attitude and the right set of skills?
