What you've seen lately is a broadening out the mid caps, the small caps, even the smaller names of the S&P 500 have caught up. He says that twice as many stocks were in an uptrend at the end of 2000 than was the case in March of 2000. Greene: The idea that somehow broadening breath is automatically a good thing isn't always the case.
