The M&A Dream Team

I'm always pondering sometimes about the M&A dream team. And I've concluded from doing a number of these interviews that's all about diversity. More diversity you have of a core M&A team, the better off you are. So objectively looking at that from a skill set, that would be really interesting. There was a point in time a couple of years ago where we pulled people from the business to focus on strategic initiatives and I did do that same exercise with them. We'll do a little workshop around it. We'll map it out, create a little program and we'll do it for the Academy when it comes to networking. Because sometimes people struggle with that. Like
