How to Conduct an Interview With a Rails Developer

I've never heard of the advice to conduct interviews using the same channels that you do work over. Stormapper is a fundamentally, it's a Rails app and then it has kind of bolted onto it like a third-party JavaScript widget. I'm really opposed to reinventing the wheel in general. You get so much value from products likeStormapper that it's worth it to just pay for existing services rather than try to build your own custom version of it.
