Is There a Signal Component?

i think if i think about being a thinking atpinerially, or a podcast, or writing whatever, li gathere are signals, right? And so the signal component is inextricably tied to totally work you're doing. Tends to be less of an issue when it's ok ya,. but i need to know how to programm ok, well, that's there's lots of books you could buy and just kind of follow a course. Whereas, like, figure out how to advance in this company, talking to people, figuring out what are the key accomplishments  that are going to move me forward.
