DISCLAIMER - these are not in any order, because I don't want someone listening to feel like something is wrong with them, or feeling anything incorrectly. There is no right or wrong way to feel after a breakup and no straight lines associated with each situation. Each breakup is so different for everyone and I can't say for certain exactly how you're going to feel. You might feel all of these stages in a week, a day, completely out of order, or some not at all. Breakups aren't universal, but talking about the possibilities of emotions that might come is important for healing.
