"It's a straight slasher movie but one that just happens to have funny characters in it," says Matt. "This was kind of like my gateway point two horror, so how could I not?" 'I love when they get really wacky and fantastical as well,' adds the writer-director. "'Sorority house massacre' has got some great moments within any of these other ones', he added. The film is still very much a conventional slasher film at the same time - with an interesting subversion."
