Working in a Global Team - Coaching Mindset

Coaching conversations help people to unpack and become aware of their mental models. I find that really powerful on a global team, because there's so much there as well. One is if you're working with different geographical cultures where the difference in how we operate might be bigger than in other workplaces. You never know whether that is going to be something that jars with them.
