The Importance of Happiness
The pleasures of food, drink and sex are not seen popularly culturally to have anything to do with domestic life anymore. And even the connection between domestic life and political life is very tenuous. We've seen that in the presidential debate in a long time. But this is something that would have been obvious to the Asians. It's obvious to Aquinas. Somewhere along the way we've lost track of this... I'll be happy to open the floor for some questions for clarification or for elaboration.
