The literal interpretations here that agan are very common in popular commentaries and, you know, on the inard at sort of conspiratorial kind of thinking, they just don't work here. Because if you're going to keep the bowls in context, about being directed toward all the people who have taken the mark of the beast, these can't be literal judgments because believers are under the same sun and they breathe the same air.
