How does one go about finding their ideal yeah that's a great question um. I don't know if you were seeing the ideal in your day to day but you were looking at the most wise or the most incredible people you could find and you said okay Solomon Marcus Aurelius and Abraham Lincoln those are the people that to me represent the ideal in some way. So so when the person isn’t see the ideal in their own day to dayYeah what I thought it was so fascinating because it just goes to show if somebody's listening to this right now in their own life and doesn't have the ideal or what that looks like.So take me through the process of finding your people
