Is There a Penalty for Being Banned From Rumble?

YouTube banned Benj Faz, but he's getting 85% or more views on rumble. Why no penalty for getting banned from rumble? why is rumble not a consideration in the contract at all? And why don't they simply say comparable views instead of the platform? It's fundamental to the business model and I was informed of that. There's a huge difference, by the way, between being monetized and being on the platform.
