The Silken Valley Investors or the Clean Tack Investors?
A lot of investors have been dismissing me for how little corporate equity i think will be required, which is interesting. These vcs also want to own a lot of a corporate cap table, but yo, ideally a lot of projuct finance. Those kinds of structures allow you to put a lot of capital to work in a way that doesn't have to come off the company's balance sheet. So i think thats that, historically, is how a imfer structure gets built. And there'sn't a reason for us to do it diferently.
