The idea is that theire desired porfolio weights. do change over time, naturally, but just as the price of those assets change. A think of it like like how cap waiting might change the waihts in any t ft. And so basically, if you get to the point where you're getting too far from those weights, then it'll be more efficient to instead of just coming insissses overweighted a little bit in us. Instead of minting mora gir dollars with T c, it's prebly going to be moreefficient to come in and minte with a with die instead.
