CPD for the Teacher Education Team

Every Tuesday we deliver CPD to all our schools at the same time. Before it gets to them, this is what happens for it. The teaching team rehearse and deliberately practice that session before going to the schools. And they give feedback to the author from a group perspective and school perspectives. That's redrafted by the Thursday and it's scripted like fully scripted. Then the following week later on the day it's going to be delivered. We draft it then deliver it two weeks in so people can reframe how history is planned. What does that lead to? Really good history being taught within weeks of that model being written.
